Angelo A. Papa, Esquire (Of Counsel) is an innovative, energetic, trial attorney in his 25th year of general legal practice. He is a nationally recogized attorney in substance abuse criminal defense and election litigation. He also serves as the solicitor to the Zoning Hearing Board of the City of New Castle.

He is a renowned educator of other attorneys, having a series of continuing legal education classes that he presents throughout the state. Angelo and his programs have been featured in the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, Pittsburgh Tribune-Review, New Castle News, Ellwood City Ledger, Youngstown Vindicator, and many other publications.
A graduate of Duquesne University School of Law, Angelo began his career as a prosecuting attorney with a 90% conviction rate, spending seven years in the Lawrence County District Attorney's office. Prior to becoming an attorney, Angelo was an award winning public educator, sports coach, and school administrator. He was a championship and all-conference football player at Slippery Rock University and at New Castle High School.
In the community, Angelo served several terms as president of the New Castle Area School District Board of Directors. He is an active member of St. Vitus Parish in New Castle.
